360 Carla Programs
The “360 CARLA Career development programs” will be offered to participants as round-up cohesive career activities based in four different photonics fields. These programs will be focused in these 4 verticals:
Health: Biotech and Medical Photonics
Quantum Technologies and Communications
Energy, Environment and Sustainability
Manufacturing / Industry 4.0
Each of the programs will include the organization of symposia, trainings and experiences i.e., visits to organizations where the participants will have the opportunity to network and explore the career opportunities.
The career development programs are revised by the corresponding advisory board of the 360 CARLA project to ensure their adequacy.
These programs will offer participants:
an in-depth understanding of the photonics ecosystem associated with the relevant application
insights about career development options enabled by photonics for each vertical through 360 CARLA career symposiums
opportunities of networking and mentorship
tailored training to develop skills that will make them more industry-prepared
experience entrepreneurship and/or innovation at companies and academic and research institutions
