CARLA Capsule Brussels

Brussels Photonics B-PHOT organizes a CARLA Capsule focusing on “Photonics Outreach” for 40 high school students on 21st and 23rd October 2025, from 9:00 – 11:30 AM, in B-PHOT at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Brussels, Belgium.

• 21st October: GO! Atheneum Tienen
• 23rd October: European School of Brussels IV (Laeken)

We’re welcoming two schools for an engaging program that includes:

• Photonics Landscape Overview
• Photonics Explorer Kit Workshop
• B-PHOT Lab Visits

This event celebrates the Day of Photonics. During the visit, students will attend a general presentation on photonics and its applications, followed by four hands-on experiments covering: optical telecommunications, lenses, polarization, spectroscopy, and fluorescence.
