360 CARLA Training Brussels

VUB Brussels Photonics (B-PHOT) is delighted to invite you to the upcoming 360 CARLA Health Training on Biophotonics, taking place on October 11, 2025, at the VUB Photonics Innovation Center in Gooik.

When: October 11^th, 2025 starting at 9:00 – 17:00 CET

Where: VUB Photonics Innovation Center (Vollezelestraat 46/48, 1755 Gooik, Belgium).

This 1-day interactive training offers parallel hands-on sessions in:

🔬 Fluorescence microscopy (Dr. Tatevik Chalyan)

🧬Nanofabrication for biomedical engineering (Arié Nacar)

Participants will have the opportunity to:

Learn the fundamentals of fluorescence microscopy and practice live imaging of biological samples.
Explore 3D direct laser writing and bioprinting techniques and design simple structures.
Understand the applications of biophotonics in biomedical research and healthcare.
