CARLA Camp ICFO Barcelona 2023
The fourth edition of CARLA camp in Barcelona took place in a hybrid format on the 30th of November.
The CARLA camp aims to give an overview of the photonics landscape and the vast career opportunities in photonics to university students and early-stage researchers (master, PhD, postdoc) from all STEM studies.
The camp included inspiring talks be speakers from academia, industry and beyond, followed by a networking and a training session!
We hosted Frank Wolfs & Ben Wienk from JointheDutch for a training session who provided valuable tips on interview preparation, strengths identification, and guidance in exploring diverse career opportunities. The workshop titled ‘Navigating Your Career Path in Photonics: Insights on Interview Preparation and Personality Profiling‘.
