The CARLA Handbook was developed with the aim to provide a scaffold of a successful career camp that is appealing to the photonics community stakeholders and can be replicated anywhere in Europe.

CARLA Handbook contains instructions and ideas to easily set up a CARLA camp and describes the different phases of its organization, such as the different modules of a Camp and the pointers to organize them, dissemination tips, budgeting, sponsoring and funding sources, recommendations and other material that can be used to build a successful career event on photonics.
