June 6th, 2025

On Monday, 26 May 2025, the 360 CARLA consortium held its mid-term meeting at Politecnico di Milano, uniting all partners for a productive afternoon focused on project updates, collaborative efforts, future planning, and risk mitigation strategies. The meeting opened with a welcome and an overview of the 360 CARLA project by the coordinator, setting the tone for a series of insightful work package presentations. Each work package leader shared the actions taken in response to the first-year review and the progress that is made in the respective areas and key improvements implemented since the project’s launch. The discussion also highlighted upcoming activities planned for the next six months.

The agenda covered all six work packages, from career development programs and symposia to training sessions, market-oriented experiences – visits to organizations, and strategic liaisons with external initiatives. During each session a reflective and fruitful discussion on action points for the future and lessons learned was included.

Beyond the formal agenda, the meeting offered valuable opportunities for consortium members to exchange ideas, strengthen collaborations, and reinforce their shared vision. These moments of connection are vital to the continued success and growth of the 360 CARLA project.
