Academia
CARLA works with academia to understand the needs of STEM students pursuing a career in universities and public research organisations in the photonics field and how careers in the industry are approached by academic education. The academic institutions have an active role in identifying gaps and openings in the current education system, helping shape CARLA contents and promoting the vast opportunities of photonics within the academic system.
