Diversity
CARLA works with a transversal team of experts and a diverse group of photonics stakeholders to understand the needs and opportunities to empower diversity both in the camps and in photonics. They are helping the design of inclusive camps in content and format and provide valuable insight on how to contribute in reverting the current gender and diversity imbalance of the field. Learnings through this group as well as through the implementation of the CARLA camps will be recompiled in a guidebook to help the photonics community empower diversity in photonics.
